After a needs assessment and analysis, I put together a project plan or design document. The plan includes project stakeholder information, the project timeline, project approvers, learning goals and content outlines including scripting, knowledge check questions and a course topic outline.
This page includes examples of project plans I've created for different training needs. Each project plan was used to create a full learning course.
Course: Daily standup course

This training project was to teach a department to incorporate a new tool into their daily routine. After receiving approval for the project plan, I created a full elearning course matching the project plan.

Course: HealthCall training

Training project to teach call center agents on a new type of call they would be dialing to members (HealthCalls). Training focused the importance of the new calls, scripting for the calls and how to document the calls in their scheduling system. After the project plan was approved, I created a full elearning course.
