This is a refresher video sent electronically to team members to refresh on a member program. The video utilizes characters and storytelling to increase learner motivations, engagement and retention.
Business need: Call agents are not correctly referring members to Care Nest services in all available markets.
Learning objectives: Upon completing the refresher video, call agents will be able to identify Care Nest in home services, correctly assess member eligibility for Care Nest on calls, and correctly transfer a member to Care Nest.
