ILT trainings are interactive trainings led by qualified instructors. ILTs provide real time engagement and immediate feedback. This type of training can be effective for complex subjects or team based learning.
This page shows ILT trainings I've created to meet specific learning goals and performance needs. For all ILT trainings, I host a train the trainer session to walk facilitators through the training materials.
Course: Types of visits
Modality: ILT
This training project was to teach a team of new hires a basic overview of the type of medical visits they commonly schedule for members.
Learning objectives: Upon completing the training, call agent new hires will be able to identify the types of visits they schedule for members, identify what occurs during each visit, identify the type of member to schedule for each visit type.

Course: Learning design pitch
Modality: ILT
This was a pitch deck presented to stakeholders to revamp a monthly training program. The pitch focused on analyzing the performance goals, evaluating the current learning experience and creating new solutions for learning.
Business need: Monthly call agent training is not leading to on the job application. Call agents spend time in training but are not translating the training to their role.
