Elearning
The following training is an asynchronous online learning module designed to teach new case managers stress management techniques that can be used in their current work environment. The 20 minute module identifies common stressors, identifies stress management techniques, practices ways to use stress management techniques, and plans for ways to apply techniques in a work place environment. The eLearning module was created utilizing a simplified version of the Dick and Carey design model and created content strategies utilizing Knowles' Principles of Learning. The three artifacts together show using research-based principles for the design, development, utilizations and management of a training package. Design Document
The design document utilizes a paired down version of the Dick and Carey Model. With the use of this model, I identified the learning need, assessed the learners, crafted learning objectives, and planed assessments and learning.

Storyboard
The storyboard is a unique phase the bridges design and development. The storyboard process took the approved design and crafted a blueprint for the development of the module. The module ideas used Knowles' Four Principles of Adult Learning to develop the scripts, scenarios and assessments of the module. Visual design principles were used to develop the navigation and directional elements of the module.

Online Module
The fully developed eLearning module is asynchronous and interactive for the learner. I fully developed and implemented the training on test learners. The module follows the learning theories of the design document. It meets all given project parameters including time requirements, platform requirements, and financial considerations.
